A few things I'd love to hear from you on

Questions about the tools. If a calculator gives a number you didn't expect, the invoice generator chokes on something, or a kids activity won't load — write in. Tell me what browser you're on, what you tried, what happened. Screenshots help a lot. Most "bugs" are misunderstandings I can clear up in two sentences, but the real bugs get fixed the same week.

Feature requests. If a tool is missing something obvious — a field you need, an export format, a calculation method — ask. I keep a public-ish backlog of requests and prioritize the ones multiple people ask for. Be specific: "I need to track HST and PST separately on the same invoice" is way more actionable than "the invoice tool needs more features."

Billing or account help. If a payment failed, you need to cancel, or your data isn't where it should be, email me directly. I don't outsource support — you'll be talking to the person who wrote the code.

Construction & trades tools. The construction tools (OBC reference, framing, square footage, paint, tile) are written by a Red Seal Carpenter, from real job experience. If something in those tools doesn't match what you see in the field, tell me. Real-world feedback shapes the next version.

Press, partnerships, or hiring. Yes to all three. Email is fine.

What I can't help with: tax, legal, or medical advice. The tools are calculators and reference materials — they don't replace your accountant, lawyer, or doctor. If you ask me whether you should incorporate or whether your gross margin is "good," I'll point you to a professional.
