ToolFluency provides online productivity tools, calculators, and business utilities. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Educational & Informational Purpose

The tools and content provided on ToolFluency are for educational, informational, and productivity purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice.

  • Financial Tools: Tax calculators, invoice generators, and payment trackers are estimates only. Always consult a certified accountant or financial advisor.
  • Business Documents: Invoices, estimates, and contracts generated are templates. Consult a legal professional for binding agreements.
  • Construction/Technical: All calculations should be verified by licensed professionals before use.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. User Data & Responsibility

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (client information, invoices, documents, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of data you enter
  • Obtaining consent from third parties before entering their information
  • Maintaining your own backups of important data
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws regarding client data

6. Subscription & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • ToolFluency and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for actions taken based on calculations or documents generated by the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolFluency and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or data you submit to the Service

  • No internet transmission is 100% secure
  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of online data storage
  • In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours
  • We are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control

  • You may request a data export before termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToolFluency operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
