Do I really pay nothing extra per crew member?

Correct. Business Pro is one flat price and every employee you invite gets the free Work Suite app to clock in, log mileage, and view pay stubs — at no per-seat cost. Add your third worker or your fifteenth, the price on your card doesn't change.

How does an invoice fill itself from the crew's hours?

When your crew logs time against a job (and you mark any materials billable), those amounts sit as "unbilled" on the job. When you create the invoice for that customer or job, the unbilled hours and billable expenses drop in as line items automatically. Once you bill them, they're stamped as billed so they can't land on a second invoice by accident.

Is this a Jobber or ClockShark alternative?

For a small crew, yes — with a different pricing model. Jobber and ClockShark charge per user, so your bill climbs with every hire. ToolFluency is flat-rate with free crew seats. Does the crew need to install an app?

No. Work Suite is a web app — the crew opens it in their phone browser and can add it to their home screen for one-tap access. No app store, no install, nothing running in the background draining their battery.

Yes — that's the point of the loop. The hours your crew logs and you approve feed both job costing (what to bill the customer) and payroll (what to pay the worker). CPP, EI, and federal + provincial tax calculate on current CRA rates, with QPP/QPIP for Quebec. You never enter hours twice.

What does the free trial include?
