  3. Clear error codes — Clear any stored fault codes and verify no new codes appear during the test cycle.
  4. Check for leaks and noise — Inspect for water leaks, abnormal noise, or vibration and confirm the original symptom is gone.
  5. Clean the work area — Remove debris, wipe surfaces, and leave the space as clean as or cleaner than on arrival.
  6. Demo to the customer — Show the customer the appliance working, explain what failed and what was replaced, and share any care tips.
  7. Close the job — Confirm satisfaction, complete the work order, and proceed to invoicing per the Business SOPs.
