About Free Fuel & Supply Restocking SOP

Free printable fuel and supply restocking / trailer load-out SOP: end-of-shift restock, correct 2-cycle fuel mixing and labeling, a standard trailer layout, and a departure check.

How to use

  1. Read the full procedure top to bottom before the work — the SOP runs in order and each step builds on the last.
  2. Toggle Ink-saver (black & white) for a cheaper mono print for the truck binder; leave it off for the full-color version.
  3. Click Print SOP to print or save as PDF. Print one per crew, laminate it for the job binder, or attach it to the job in your scheduling system.
  4. Train new hires on it and have crews sign off. Found something out of date for your region or equipment? Use the feedback link — flagged SOPs are re-researched against the source list.

Frequently asked questions

How do you mix 2-cycle fuel for trimmers and blowers?
Mix in an approved container: pour the oil in first, then the gasoline, cap it, and shake well. Use the ratio in the machine’s manual, mix only a few days’ worth (mixed fuel degrades), and label the can with the ratio and date.
Why standardize the trailer layout?
When every item has a fixed home, a missing tool is obvious at a glance before the crew leaves, load-out is faster, and any crew member can load the same way. Keep a photo of the ideal setup as the reference and have one person verify it before departure.
