Free Printable Math Worksheets
Generator-based worksheets for K through Grade 5 — multiplication, addition, subtraction, division, fractions. Pick your facts, problem count, and layout. Print with or without the answer key. No signup, no email, no watermark.
This is the math side of the ToolFluency printables — a focused set of worksheet generators aligned to Common Core State Standards for K-5 math. Unlike the big static-PDF sites that show you the same 15 worksheets forever, every tool here is a real generator: pick the facts you want to practice, set the problem count, hit print. New problem set every time. The hardest 8s and 9s are not skipped because you reached the end of the PDF — they're regenerated whenever you want them.
The set now covers the four operations, fractions, place value, and number sense across K-Grade 5. Six multiplication tools take a Grade 3 student through anchor facts (×2, ×5), tier-2 facts (×3, ×4), the full 0-12 chart, timed Mad Minute drills, missing-factor practice, and 2-digit multi-digit. Addition, subtraction, and division cover the full K-Grade 4 range with configurable digits and regrouping controls. The fractions worksheet ships real visual models (bars + number lines). Place value, telling time, counting money, and word problems round out the applied skills. Newest additions: skip counting, fact families, a hundreds/120 chart (with fill-in-the-missing-numbers mode), a number line generator, number tracing, and graph paper (square, dot, isometric, and perspective grids).
Canadian curriculum note: all worksheets dual-cite US Common Core (CCSS) and Canadian provincial curricula (Ontario 2020, WNCP for Alberta/BC/Saskatchewan/Manitoba/Atlantic provinces, Quebec PFEQ Cycle 2). Where Canadian curricula differ — Ontario's Grade 3 multiplication fluency target is only the 2s/5s/10s anchor facts vs CCSS's full 9×9 by end of Grade 3 — the worksheet metadata explains the difference. Built in Ontario, aligned to the curriculum your kids' teachers actually use.
Every worksheet includes a separate-page answer key that prints with one click. Each problem set is seeded — copy the URL after generating one you like, and you can print the exact same set on any device. Worksheets are designed to fit a single 8.5×11 page no matter how many problems you choose; whether you pick 20 problems or 100, the layout fills the page evenly with no awkward overflow to a second sheet.

What Grade 3 students should know
Common Core Math Grade 3 has 25 standards across 5 domains. Here's how the current tools map to them — and where the gaps are that the next worksheets will fill.
Operations & Algebraic Thinking (OA)
The biggest Grade 3 domain — multiplication, division, word problems, and patterns. Nine standards total. Currently covered: 3.OA.A.1 (interpret products), 3.OA.A.4 (missing factor), 3.OA.C.7 (fluency to 10×10 — the key end-of-year standard), 3.OA.D.9 (arithmetic patterns implicitly through skip-counting).
- 3.OA.A.1 — Interpret products of whole numbers (5 × 7 as 5 groups of 7) ✓
- 3.OA.A.2 — Interpret quotients of whole numbers ✓ Division
- 3.OA.A.3 — Multiplication and division word problems ✓ Word Problems
- 3.OA.A.4 — Determine the unknown whole number in a multiplication or division equation ✓ Missing Factor + Fact Families
- 3.OA.C.7 — Fluently multiply and divide within 100 ✓ Multiplication + Mad Minute
Number & Operations in Base Ten (NBT)
Place value and multi-digit arithmetic. Three standards — now covered by the place value, addition, and subtraction worksheets.
- 3.NBT.A.1 — Round whole numbers to the nearest 10 or 100 ✓ Rounding + Place Value
- 3.NBT.A.2 — Fluently add and subtract within 1000 ✓ Addition + Subtraction
- 3.NBT.A.3 — Multiply one-digit numbers by multiples of 10 (coming soon)
Number & Operations — Fractions (NF)
Grade 3 introduces fractions for the first time. Three standards — all covered by the fractions worksheet and number line.
- 3.NF.A.1 — Understand a fraction 1/b as one part when a whole is partitioned into b equal parts ✓ Fractions
- 3.NF.A.2 — Represent fractions on a number line ✓ Number Line
- 3.NF.A.3 — Equivalence and comparison of fractions ✓ Fractions
Measurement & Data (MD) + Geometry (G)
Telling time, measurement units, graphs, area, perimeter, and basic geometry. Ten standards across MD and G.
- 3.MD.A.1 — Tell and write time to the nearest minute; measure time intervals ✓ Telling Time
- 3.MD.C.5-7 — Concept of area as square units, area by tiling and multiplication ✓ Area & Perimeter
- 3.MD.D.8 — Solve real world problems involving perimeter ✓ Area & Perimeter
- 3.G.A.1-2 — Categorize shapes by attributes; partition shapes into equal parts (coming soon)
Common questions
Quick answers to what parents and teachers ask first when they land on a math worksheet page.
K3F9X). Save the URL or screenshot it, and pasting it back into any browser regenerates the exact same problem set. This is useful for teachers who want to give one student a make-up worksheet identical to what the class did Tuesday, or parents who want to re-test the same set after a week. Without the seed, every page load generates a fresh random set — also useful when you want unlimited variation for daily practice.
